Performance is rarely just a physical battle—it’s a psychological one. Based in Windhoek, I bridge the gap between elite sports science and the raw reality of competition.

With a Master’s in Performance Psychology from Bangor University and a Level 4 Cricket Coaching certification, I provide athletes and teams with the mental mechanics needed to thrive under pressure. From preparing national teams for international tours to helping individual athletes find their "flow state," my approach is evidence-based, data-driven, and focused on one result: Consistent Excellence.

Whether you are a professional cricketer, a cyclist on the Namibian roads, or a rising national talent, I help you master the 90% of the game that happens between the ears.

TY performance coaching offers the following services:
